Amy transitioned into her current role as Operations Director in 2023. With over 13 years of experience, Amy specialises in recruitment software from both the client and the supplier side.
Her responsibilities include working with the board and other global leaders to synergise the tech estate of the group through the selection, implementation and integration of recruitment software to increase productivity. Additionally, she works with our outsourced IT provider in leveraging cloud-based technologies to increase our security and ensure uniform usage of platforms across the group.
