The role is based in the West End, the closest stations being Great Portland Street and Oxford Circus. This role comes with an extensive global footprint. Xcede Group offer hybrid working across the board and you would report into our HR Director , but this is a highly autonomous role with lots of scope to develop and make your own.

You will be Supporting the HR Director to shape and effectively implement HR strategy and policy on a global scale, you will work with teams, managers, and key stakeholders to help build organisational and people capability across the business.

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for building a positive employee experience, promoting equality and fairness, as well as ensuring compliance within all local jurisdictions for all employee relations matters. Building strong and credible relationships with internal stakeholders is imperative to ensure effective business decisions and alignment to the overall business goals. The role will work minimal guidance and acts as a mentor for colleagues with less experience as well as working across all areas of the business to deliver on all change management projects, learning and development, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, well-being, and all people practices.

Key Metrics

  • Quarterly objectives/projects to be set alongside the HR Director with agreed timeframes of delivery
  • Feedback from key internal stakeholders
  • High level of accuracy and efficiency in information/advice given and ensuring adherence to HR process and policy


  • Support with developing and implementation of the global HR strategy across the business
  • Working with the internal stakeholder globally to successful roll out of policies, procedures and initiatives
  • Coach, influence and provide feedback to key stakeholders to help make informed decisions and improve business efficiency
  • Continuous improvement and harmonising of the employee experience across the group e.g., global onboarding, employee engagement strategy, mapping of employee journey and key milestones
  • Proactive discussions surround performance and productivity with internal stakeholders
  • Use HR data effectively to make informed business decisions and forecast longer term business needs and trends
  • Effectively communicate and execute necessary changes to policies and procedures
  • Perform advanced employee relations functions including employment investigations, problem solving and dispute resolution, disciplinaries and grievances, business settlements and terminations
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work well across all areas of the business to ensure integration of HR and business strategy

Qualifications and level of experience (Required)

  • Minimum 5 years' experience
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent
  • Experience of working in a global business
  • HR project management experience
  • Experience of coaching and mentoring stakeholders in all aspects of HR and employment law
