Xcede and EarthStream Awarded Feefo Trusted Service Awards

We are proud to announce that both of our brands, Xcede (our technology specialist brand) and EarthStream (our energy specialist brand) have been awarded a Feefo Trusted Service Award.

The Feefo Trusted Service Awards are based on genuine interactions with real customers; that is why it is such a highly respected badge of approval. Reviews are verified as genuine, so any comments and ratings gained from customers are a true representation of the service delivered.

Xcede won the Platinum Award for the second year in a row, the Platinum Trusted Service Award is given to businesses that achieve Gold standard for three consecutive years or more.

EarthStream were awarded the Gold Award in their first year of entry, which is a phenomenal achievement. Feefo presents the Gold Trusted Service Award to businesses that have collected at least 50 reviews between January 1st 2022 and December 31st 2022, with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 5.
