Strengthening Supply Chain Compliance at Xcede Group

At Xcede Group, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of compliance, transparency, and ethical practice across our labour supply chain. As the UK temporary labour market continues to evolve, we are pleased to introduce our Supply Chain Compliance and UK Umbrella Company Oversight Assurance Statement.

A Controlled and Compliant PSL
We operate a strict Umbrella Preferred Supplier List (PSL), meaning only approved providers can be engaged. All UK PSL umbrella companies must meet defined standards, including accreditation with the Freelancer & Contractor Services Association and/or alignment with the Financial Conduct Authority, alongside independent verification through SafeRec.

These credentials are continuously monitored, with any risks addressed through immediate review and action where required.

A Clear and Accountable Framework
Our approach is supported by a formal governance structure, with oversight from senior management and operational support from Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Operations. This ensures accountability, clear reporting, and effective risk management.

Ongoing Oversight and Assurance
Our risk-based audit programme, supported by SafeRec, provides independent validation of payroll and labour supply chain practices. This enables us to identify potential risks and ensure compliance across key areas such as PAYE, worker rights, and payroll transparency.
All audit findings are documented, with clear actions tracked through to resolution.

Building Confidence for the Future
This Assurance Statement reflects our proactive approach to compliance and reinforces our readiness for ongoing regulatory change, giving our clients and partners confidence that they are working with a trusted and responsible recruitment partner.
