Xcede Group Celebrates Pride Month

Pride Month is celebrated annually and honours the 1969 Stonewall Uprising in Manhattan; a catalyst for the historic Gay Liberation Movement and the fight for LGBTQIA+ rights that followed. Today, we celebrate and raise awareness for issues affecting the LGBTQIA+ community which is important outside and inside of the workplace.

By celebrating Pride at work and standing in solidarity with the LGBTQIA+ community, this helps to educate, reduce biases, connect with employees, and promote pro-equality legislation.

During Pride month we threw a celebration across all our global offices, introduced optional pronouns to our email signatures as well as educated our employees and provided suggestions of films, literature, and podcasts for and by LGBTQIA+. At Xcede Group we believe all identities should be embraced and celebrated year-round, not just for Pride month.
