​With over 20 years of leadership experience within the recruitment sector, Steve has been appointed Xcede Group’s Chief Finance Officer. Steve has extensive knowledge of both the UK and international markets and has a proven history of aligning financial strategies to global business requirements. His responsibilities include managing all of the financial actions of the organisation, working closely with our investors, and liaising with our stakeholders.
