In September 2021, Adam Blaney transitioned into a Group Sales & Operations Director role after creating and expanding multiple sales teams within the organisation. Recently he has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Xcede Group. With over 10 years of international recruitment experience, Adam is now responsible for harmonising the business into a single operating model whilst taking ownership of our end-to-end journey for our clients, candidates and colleagues.
