Steve has extensive knowledge of both the UK and international markets and has a proven history of aligning financial strategies to global business requirements. His responsibilities include managing all of the financial actions of the organisation, working closely with our investors, and liaising with our stakeholders.

Adam Blaney is an experienced executive with a background in both large PLC organisations and small-scale startups, coupled with extensive international experience. Beginning as COO within the group, he transitioned into the role of Global Managing Director for the Xcede brand, focusing on fostering collaboration and driving strategic alignment. Adam's leadership is characterised by his dedication to innovation and delivering top-tier solutions, positioning Xcede as an award-winning brand in the market.

With over a decade of experience in energy recruitment, 7 of which he has worked at EarthStream, Chris is now the EMEA Regional Director. Starting his career in 2008, he has expanded his expertise from the UK market to encompass Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Americas. Chris responsibilities include maintaining a compliant contract business spanning 80+ countries and adeptly managing major turnkey projects, ensuring adherence to budget, resource allocation, and strict timeframes. His leadership and deep industry knowledge have solidified his reputation as a trusted leader, driving EarthStream's success in the EMEA region.

With over 20 years of experience in various roles within the IT space, from Analyst leading up to Head of IT & Systems, Chris joins Xcede Group as our IT and Systems Director in our London office.

Bridget joined Xcede Group in 2022 and was promoted to our Head of HR after a year with the company. Previously from the Media industry, Bridget holds 6 years of experience and is Level 5 CIPD Qualified. In her role, Bridget is responsible for developing our Global HR Strategy by aligning the HR agenda through policies and practice to the business agenda alongside consistently promoting a positive workplace culture. Bridget's project work includes developing an employee engagement and voice initiative, with the results data going on to drive key decisions within the business.

With a strong background in financial analysis and risk assessment, she has a proven track record of effectively managing credit portfolios, minimizing bad debt, and ensuring compliance with finance regulations. She is a detail-oriented professional skilled at developing and implementing credit policies and systems to optimize revenue while mitigating potential risks.

Lisa Nisbett

Head of Global Collections

​Sarkis, a qualified solicitor with 25 years of legal, operational, and managerial experience across various sectors, joined Xcede Group as Group General Counsel in January 2022.As well as his background in legal practice, Sarkis spent some time on the commercial side of the recruitment industry, including being a founding member of the Legal Search team at a specialist search business. Sarkis works closely with every part of the business to ensure legal compliance, both externally and relating to internal group governance, and assists consultants when negotiating and enforcing contracts.

Having managed large teams across admin, compliance, umbrella, and payroll, she played an instrumental role in the implementation and integration of new software system projects. With a wealth of experience, knowledge, and expertise, her dedication and passion remain, ensuring high standards, growth and success.
